Mr. Liles served as President of The Florida Bar after six years on its Board of Governors, later served as President of the International Society of Barristers, and has dedicated countless hours to organizations committed to improving the administration of justice, strengthening professionalism, and mentoring future generations of lawyers. His leadership has always reflected the principles that have guided his career: integrity, civility, preparation, and service.

Those principles have earned the respect of clients, colleagues, and judges alike. Mr. Liles is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers, a Fellow and former President of the International Society of Barristers, and a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates. He has been recognized repeatedly by The Best Lawyers in America, Chambers USA, Florida Super Lawyers, and Florida Trend’s Legal Elite, and has received multiple “Lawyer of the Year” distinctions from Best Lawyers. He has also been honored as Trial Lawyer of the Year by both the Florida and Jacksonville Chapters of ABOTA and received the Jacksonville Bar Association’s Professionalism Award—recognition that reflects not only his accomplishments, but also the esteem in which he is held by the legal community.

Before entering private practice, Mr. Liles served in the United States Marine Corps, an experience that instilled the discipline, accountability, and sense of purpose that continue to define his practice today. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Noel, their three daughters, and their growing family of grandchildren.
